Settlement Documentary
A Settlement Documentary is used in meditation. We tell your client’s compelling story through a series of interviews, narration, powerful video and graphics. Some focus on damages, some on liability, but regardless of the approach - we work closely with you and your team to produce a presentation to settle your case. The finished product is approximately a 12 day process and because of our strong background in TV News the finished product looks like 60 Minutes or Dateline.
Day in the Life Documentary
A Day in the Life can be used in Meditation and/or trial. It’s often used in conjunction with testimony from a loved one, therapist or multiple people to detail the Activities of Daily Living. A jury can't go to your client’s home to see that their wheelchair won't fit through the bathroom door, or how they transfer in and out of bed. But we document it all and prepare a concise summary of the day. Our award-winning videographers have the experience to capture even the most personal and intimate ADLs and can bring your client's life into focus for the Jury. Video Depositions
It’s imperative that the audio and video quality of a deposition is excellent. If it’s important enough to videotape, you need top notch professionals on the job. We use state of the art Sony equipment and have a secondary recording system to make certain there isn’t a glitch in the testimony. We also provide digital delivery and storage.
