Michaela founded Video Law Services Inc. in 1985, following a successful 10 year career as an award-winning television journalist. Her experience at television stations in Houston, Boston, Providence and Jacksonville includes personal and team responsibilities as a reporter, anchor and producer.
As a television journalist, Michaela learned that better presentations yield better results and she chose to use her talents to produce powerful, decisive presentations in the legal arena.
Of the hundreds of settlement documentaries and Day in the Life documentaries Michaela has produced, most have been described by her clients as having a significant impact on the outcome of the case and many have had precedent-setting results.
In addition to management and producer responsibilities within the firm, Michaela is a frequent lecturer on the uses of video and computer evidence for The Florida Justice Association (formerly the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers) and PESI (Professional Education Systems, Inc). She has maintained numerous leadership roles in the Association of Professional Videographers, the National Forensic Video Association, the National Network of Legal Video Companies, and the American Guild of Court Videographers.
